Romains remplacèrent les devins par des géomètres.
Aujourd'hui en Chine le Feng Shui est un préalable à
l'orientation de nouvelles
constructions afin de ne pas troubler les esprits d'un lieu. |

Geomancy
was used to determine where and how houses, towns were built
in some ancient civilisations. Sumerians, Egyptians, Babylonians
used
symbolic interpretations of astronomy as well as topography.
Later, Phoenicians, Etruscans, Greeks and Romans replaced wizards
by geometry. In China today, "Feng shui" is a prerequisite
of new constructions "not to offend the spirits". |
